Negotiating in the Business World and particularly in SAFe Environment.

In the agile business world, negotiation skills take on special significance, as the dynamics and requirements in agile teams and projects differ significantly from traditional business environments. Some aspects in the agile business world where negotiation skills are important include adaptability or negotiating changes, prioritization, stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, estimation and planning, self-organization, feedback and improvement, and contract negotiations.


Therefore, negotiation skills are a key qualification for achieving business agility, allowing us to collaboratively reach common goals while remaining flexible in responding to changes and new insights.
