My long-term collaboration with the BMW Group spans over seven years and continues to this day. As a Senior Agile Coach and Trainer, I have conducted over 250 trainings at the BMW Group Academy, focusing on agile foundations such as Scrum, Kanban, PSM, PSPO, Agile Requirements Engineering, and the company's own scaled agile framework. Beyond training, I work hands-on with cross-functional teams and leadership across business and IT units in Germany, the UK, South Africa, and India. My role involves coaching in complex agile initiatives, supporting cultural transformation, and strengthening the leadership mindset in a globally operating tech-driven organization.

Schneider Electric
2022 – 2023 – via partner organization | Automation, Control Technology, Industrial Engineering

At Schneider Electric’s site in Marktheidenfeld, a key hub for automation and control technology, I supported the transformation of product and engineering teams as an Agile Coach and SAFe Program Consultant (SPC). My role focused on enabling agile delivery at scale by coaching Release Train Engineers (RTEs) and optimizing the entire SAFe operating model – from roles and events to artifacts and mindset. I also designed and facilitated workshops on agile collaboration using tools such as Jira and Confluence, and helped teams develop a shared language and rhythm for agile work. This engagement combined deep technical understanding with a people-centered approach to transformation in a highly specialized industrial environment.

Ebner Media
2021 – 2023 | Media, Publishing, Digital Innovation

At Ebner Media Group, I was engaged as an Leadership Coach and Transformation Lead in the IT-department. In this role, I worked closely with executives and senior leaders across IT and digital innovation units, providing individual coaching and team-based leadership development. My coaching focus included core leadership topics such as effective communication, time and priority management, conflict resolution, and leading in uncertainty. Additionally, I facilitated strategy sessions, transformation dialogues, and agile team development formats – all within the context of a rapidly changing media environment. My work helped strengthen alignment, clarify leadership roles, and increase collaboration across departments.

At ASB Greenworld, a family-run company renowned for its premium-quality soils, fertilizers, and plant care products, I serve as a Agile Leadership Coach. In this role, I collaborate closely with the management, facilitating executive coaching, strategy workshops, and initiatives aimed at cultural development. My focus is on enhancing strategic thinking, improving cross-functional collaboration, and fostering an agile leadership mindset. Given ASB Greenworld's commitment to sustainability and innovation in the horticulture industry, my coaching aims to empower leaders to drive meaningful, values-based change in a competitive market.​

Elektronika NS EOOD, founded in 1992 in Targovishte, Bulgaria, is a regional pioneer in IT services, internet connectivity, and office technology. With a strong foothold in the Targovishte district and surrounding regions, the company provides a comprehensive portfolio of services, including computer and printer solutions and broadband internet via copper, fiber optics, and wireless LAN.

As a Management Coach and active member of the company’s management board, I work closely with the executive leadership on shaping the company's strategic direction and all key business decisions. My role includes facilitating strategic thinking, fostering effective leadership behaviour, and enhancing alignment across departments. In parallel, I coach teams to apply innovative, agile processes that improve collaboration, increase operational efficiency, and unlock sustainable productivity in a competitive and evolving market.
